Increase your abilities to deliver to your clients, increase your work force, be bigger than the problem and get a shoulder-to-shoulder effort out of each of your employees to help get the production up. Don’t downsize, what’s the sense in that? What is the sense in reducing the production capabilities of your business when the production of your business is already at it’s lowest? Are you trying to increase by decreasing? How does that work? Are you trying to survive or die? Increase the production and man power, that’s the only way to get bigger and to get yourself and your business out the trouble its in.
