Surge are URGENTLY looking for a Building Contracts Manager to be based in Pretoria.

You must minimally carry a National Diploma and have 10 years experience in managing multi-storey commercial structures, upmarket residential units, industrial warehouses, schools, hospitals and hotel projects up to R200mil or above.

Candidates well versed in JBCC & GCC contracts would be preferred. This is a permanent role.
